Overview of OCDE’s multi-tenant solution for shared document imaging and BPM.
A business process Platform as a Service (PaaS) is multi-tenant Web-based software that allows each tenant to have an entirely point-and-click customizable process “portal”. The Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) has leveraged the Webiplex DocuPeak platform for internal document imaging and process automation, and also hosts the solution for their customers - districts and schools within the county. This presentation describes a sampling of the types of applications and business processes that can be automated – such as document imaging and forms workflows – uniquely to each tenant.
