A 5 year journey from PBX to VOIP and all the systems, pain, and joy involved.
Tim Goree will describe the ups and downs of the 5 year process for the Norris School District of moving from old style PBX phone systems to VOIP systems district wide. Included will be an overview of Tim's experience with Avaya PBX systems, Cisco Call Manager, Shoretel, and SwitchVox. UniComm-IT representatives will be involved in the presentation and be available to answer questions at the end of the presentation about their current VOIP offerings for K-12 education.
