Thank you for your interest in our organization and more importantly for the service you provide to education. We believe you will find this conference a very valuable experience.
The registration fee includes access to all conference events including the Opening Session and Exhibitor’s Show. Meals provided are Wednesday breakfast lunch and dinner at the President’s Reception, Thursday breakfast and lunch and Friday breakfast.

Purchase Orders are accepted and can be faxed to 916-720-0372 attn: CETPA Treasurer. Your P.O. does not have to be paid prior to the conference. We will continue to invoice until payment is received.

Refund Policy: Should exhibitor or attendee need to cancel after booth space has been assigned, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines: On or before September 9, 2011 – full refund; between September 12, 2011 and October 9, 2011- 50% refund; on or after October 10, 2011 - refunds granted at the sole discretion of CETPA.
K12 Voucher Program: CETPA is listed as an approved provider of Professional Development for the CA Ed Tech K12 Voucher Program. However, CETPA cannot guarantee reimbursement for the conference. Please see the information on the CDE website.
