Is there another professional organization that shares information, resources, opinions, and recommendations in a more meaningful way than CETPA? I think not.
One of the thoughts that has been shared over the past few years by more than a few of our members is the opinion that our everyday sharing activities are way ahead of the tools that CETPA has been able to provide to accomplish the sharing. Yet, our members still share, and in great abundance!
This sharing attitude won't - can't - change. It is at the very heart of what makes CETPA so attractive to so many people. However, the tools are changing, and for the better.
While I will be the first to administer the official CETPA BLOG (and proud of it, thank you very much), it won't be just my ideas that get posted here. My inspiration will be our members. Much of what I write will be a formalized version of the conversations that I get to have with you everyday via voice, e-mail, and the famously awe-inspiring CETPA listserv. In other words, I get to show off your thoughts to the world! How cool is that?
So get ready. You might get a message from me soon asking, "Hey, can I publish that?" And after I HAVE published it, by all means, make your comments!
